Urge Time Warner to Add Horizon to Channel Line-Up

In its continuing effort to expand its reach, Horizon Armenian Television has held discussions with Time-Warner Cable officials in order to include Horizon on its cable lineup of channels. To demonstrate the need for Time-Warner Cable to allocate a dedicated-channel to Horizon, the Armenian-American community needs to speak up by taking part in a signature-drive campaign, which coveys the community's interest and desire to include the channel in the cable company's lineup.

The Armenian Diasporan youth are always at the front lines when it comes to demanding recognition of the Armenian Genocide, but stories of the individual youths often goes untold. April 24 2010 marks the 95th anniversary of the beginning of a systematic operation committed by the Young Turks, which killed 1.5 million Armenians and the Armenian youth are mobilizing as they always do.

Why I Commemorate the Genocide: A Personal Story

Musa Dagh Descendant Carries on Forebears' Struggle

During the Armenian Genocide, my ancestors--the people of Musa Dagh--were one of the only groups who were able to fight back and defend themselves. Today, like my ancestors, I choose not to be an observer to atrocities and oppression. Youth of Today Channel Pain of 1915

Thousands of protestors will descend upon the Turkish Consulate of Los Angeles this Saturday to demand recognition and justice for the first genocide of the 20th century. Fueled by Ankara’s ongoing denial, Armenian Americans and anti-genocide activists will take to the streets to call for an end to over 95 years of Turkish impunity.
