Over the last several years, the AYF Camp Management Board has worked to remodel all of the cabins, infirmary, swimming pool and bathrooms, making the facilities and amenities at camp state of the art. AYF members volunteer as counselors, lecturers, and directors-in-training during the Summer Camp season.
Every year, the camp continues to grow in popularity and serves as home to more than 800 Armenian youth throughout its seven one-week sessions. Campers learn Armenian patriotic songs, learn about Armenian history and culture, partake in discussions about contemporary Armenian issues, practice Armenian dance, work together in group activities, and have the opportunity to make new friends and reunite with old ones.
With your participation and support, AYF Camp will continue to grow as the largest and most prestigious summer camp program in the western United States focusing on preserving Armenian culture and heritage. For updates and to learn more about AYF camp, visit www.ayfcamp.org.
